  • Green cabbage, finely shredded4 cups

    Cut the pork tenderloin into thin slices, thinly slice the onion and green cabbage, and finely grate the ginger on a cutting board.

    Add the white rice and water to a medium saucepan, bring to a boil over high heat, then cover and simmer over low heat.

    Soften the onion

    Warm the canola oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add the onion, and stir often.

    Add the pork tenderloin and ginger to the skillet, season with 1/2 tsp salt and a few grinds of black pepper, and turn the slices until lightly browned.
