Cut the potato into 2 cm chunks and halve the corn crosswise; set out the chicken drumstick and remaining ingredients.

Roast chicken and sides
Toss the potato with olive oil, paprika, 1/2 tsp salt, and a few grinds of black pepper on a lined baking sheet; arrange chicken drumstick and corn beside it and roast at 220°C, turning once.
